From inquiry to license in five steps.
01Inquire
Tell us which asset you're interested in, who you are, and what you want to do with it.
02Scope
We confirm the right license type and define field of use, users, territory, and term — in plain language.
03Agree
You receive a written license agreement. Nothing is granted until it's signed by both parties.
04Onboard
Access, brand standards, methodology documentation, and attribution language are delivered with the license.
05Steward
We keep assets maintained and protected, check in on renewals, and update terms as the platforms grow.

Much of this portfolio describes real places and real people. The obligations that come with that don't stop at the license boundary.
Describe, don't rank
Licensed data tools describe conditions and help reach a chosen goal. They are not licensed to rank whose need matters more.
Sovereignty respected
Tribal and Pueblo data is withheld unless governed by an agreement with that nation. Licenses can't override that.
Sourced and dated
Every figure traces to a named public source and date. Licensees keep that attribution intact.
Privacy by design
Resident reports are aggregated to protect people from retaliation. Licensed uses may not re-identify individuals.
